Roger is the chief financial officer of Santa Maria Renewable Resources.  Roger has over 35 years of experience in structured finance, mergers & acquisitions, commodity risk management, finance/accounting and the development of greenfield infrastructure projects.  He was a founding member and chief financial officer of Elevate Midstream Partners, which successfully acquired and structured an operating portfolio of various energy assets and was monetized within three years of its formation.  Roger has experience as both a public company and private company CFO.  

Roger is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.   He graduated cum laude with a BS Business Administration from Ohio State University with a concentration in accounting.
